The Certified Agile Facilitator (CAGF) is a beginner, vendor-neutral certification for the people who facilitate agile teams. It validates that you understand facilitation and the neutral stance, can facilitate the agile events, know the core facilitation techniques, can handle group dynamics, can facilitate collaboration across distributed teams, and can drive continuous improvement. The exam is computer adaptive and performance-based, and the credential is kept current through continuing education.
