CertLabz Certification Retake Policy

No waiting period after a failed first attempt

In the event that you fail your first attempt to pass any CertLabz certification examination, CertLabz does not require any waiting period between the first attempt and the second attempt to pass that examination.

Resitting an examination you have already passed

If a candidate has passed an exam, or multiple exams, and achieved a certification, they cannot take that exam again using the same exam code without prior consent from CertLabz. For example:

• A candidate who has passed an exam such as CQSP V1 will need to wait until a new series, such as V2, becomes available before attempting to recertify by examination.
• A candidate who has passed multiple exams to achieve a certification will need to wait until a new series of those exams becomes available before attempting to recertify by examination.

Beta examinations

CertLabz beta examinations may only be taken one time by each candidate.

Violations of this policy

A test found to be in violation of the retake policy will be invalidated, and the candidate may be subject to a suspension period. Repeat violators will be permanently banned from participating in the CertLabz Certification Program.

Examination fees

Candidates must pay the exam price each time they attempt the exam. CertLabz does not offer any free retests or discounts on retakes.
