The Certified Retrieval-Augmented Generation Engineer (CRGE) is an advanced, vendor-neutral certification for the engineers who build RAG systems that ground language models in real knowledge. It validates that you can ingest and chunk documents, choose and apply embeddings, retrieve with vector and hybrid search, generate grounded and cited answers while defending against prompt injection, evaluate quality and control hallucination, and run the system securely in production. The exam is computer adaptive and performance-based, and the credential is kept current through continuing education.
